Better late than never

Ok so being bored I decided to do cardio. It looked really bad. However I did hit my goal for the morning so I guees that is a plus.
Calories burned: 500
Miles: 3
Time: 36:33
Weight: 230lbs
That time frame actually beat what I had expected as I set the machine to 45 minutes cause earlier in the week it took me just over 40 minutes to hit 500 calories.
I did not stop with the goal being reached, I still had time to go so I cranked up the machine to the hardest level and started working down. So with the remaining times I still managed to crank out another 100 calories and still had 1 minute to spare for cool down. Now I just need to improve on these goals with faster times. Since I am trying to get my 2 mile time down to a smooth 15:30 and I am sure Ol Brownie has a few ideas and tricks to help me reach this goal.

The interesting thing about this tour considering a trip to Mexico and months away from the gym at a time I still have lost 12 lbs. and 4 inches off of my waist line. My ultimate goal would be to drop to 200-205 and a 37-38 in waist. Only another 30 lbs. and 2 inches to go!!
