A simple bet was made for the WVU vs PITT game on Dec 1st. If WVU wins, Brownie has to hang a WV flag ( I have 2 here you can use) at his new apartment and take a picture standing beside it, if WV losses I would acquire a PITT t-shirt and have my picture taken wearing it, although it isn't the 2 pitchers of Artic beer as last time (because he wont be here) but still a reasonable bet and Brownie has not accepted.This leads me to believe that Brownie is scared
